DMD registers a stock list, supplied by the DoD, of defence materiel available for disposal. Tenders are invited by advertisement in the major national newspapers and the Armscor Business Tender Bulletin. To qualify, all tenderers must be registered with the NCACC.

Successful tenderers will be notified in writing once the bids have been approved by the DMD Authorisation Commitee and the NCACC.
